The short version
- We collect only what you give us when you request a quote or call us: your name, phone, ZIP code, and optionally your email and project details.
- We use it to contact you about your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with lead buyers.
- This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or retargeting pixels.
- Call (678) 740-9222 or email info@atlantahydroseedingpros.com any time to ask what we have on file or to have it deleted.
1. Who we are
This website, atlantahydroseedingpros.com, is operated by Atlanta Hydroseeding ("we," "us," or "our"), a hydroseeding and erosion control company located at 642 North Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318, serving property owners across metro Atlanta. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and over the phone, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a quote request form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and phone number (required)
- The ZIP code of the property
- Your email address (on the full contact form)
- The type of project you select — for example a new lawn, bare-patch repair, erosion control or a slope, commercial acreage, or a new construction lot
- Any additional details you choose to type in the message box
When you call us, we may write down similar details: your name, phone number, property address, and what you need done. If we visit your property to give a quote, we may take notes, measurements and photos of the area to be seeded or stabilized.
Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted, the address of the page you sent it from is included so we know which form you used. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time — which are used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
Please don't send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through our forms. We never ask for them there.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request — call or text you back, schedule a site visit, and prepare a quote
- To perform the work you hire us for, including scheduling, follow-up watering or establishment guidance, and billing
- To keep records of our jobs and customer communications
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Calls, texts and email
By submitting a quote request with your phone number, you're asking us to contact you about that request. We may call you, text you, or email you about your project. These are one-to-one messages from our team, not marketing blasts.
We won't send you promotional text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. If you'd rather we contact you a certain way — or not at all — just tell us on the call or reply to any text with STOP. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
5. When we share information
We share your information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers that help us run the business. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Quote requests submitted through the site are delivered to and stored in our Google account (Google Workspace / Google Apps Script). We may also use phone, email, scheduling, and accounting tools. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
- People working on your job. If a crew member or subcontractor needs your address and contact details to complete your project, we share only what they need to do that.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect them consistent with this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or pass it along to lead-generation companies or other contractors.
6. Cookies and third-party content
Our website does not set its own cookies and does not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta pixels, or other advertising or tracking tools.
Some content on the site is loaded from third parties, which means your browser connects directly to them and they may receive your IP address and basic browser information:
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on the site.
- Google Maps — the map embedded in our contact section. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Google handles that information under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
7. How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, answer warranty or follow-up questions, and meet tax and record-keeping requirements — generally up to seven years for customers we've done work for. Inquiries that don't turn into a job are typically deleted within two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
8. How we protect your information
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, form submissions are sent over encrypted connections, and access to our records is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
9. Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Have your information deleted, unless we need to keep it to finish a job or meet a legal requirement
- Stop calls, texts or emails from us
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will honor any request we're required to under applicable law and will not treat you differently for making one. To protect your information, we may need to confirm your identity — usually by calling you back at the phone number we have on file — before acting on a request.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are offered to adult property owners, builders and businesses. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
